What to do when you get here:

• Follow directions to the polytunnel & bring your booking confirmation where dedicated staff will greet you and direct you to Santa’s Grotto and Fairy Trail.
• One way routes have been introduced in and out of Santa’s Grotto
• Santa’s Grotto and waiting area has been prepared to provide more space for your safety and comfort.
• The maximum no per booking is 4 Adults and 4 children per family/group.
• Santa’s Grotto and Fairy trail has limited tickets available and on that basis, it is essential that you pre-book on line to avoid disappointment.

What we’d like you to do:

• Book and pay on line and be on time, you may lose your time slot allocated if you are late for whatever reason.
• If you feel ill or have Covid-19 symptoms, please do not visit Santa’s Grotto and Fairy Trail.
